Four-in-a-row
Take turns placing tokens on the board. First to get four in a row wins. Or try "don’t connect 3". Take turns placing your tokens but don't be the first to have 3 in a row.

Sensory Bins
Bury tokens in a bin of kinetic sand, rice, or dried beans and have students excavate them one by one. Every time they dig one up, they practice their target word before tossing it in the "treasure pile." Pair it with a BINGO card to have them locate specific tokens.
Slide Them
Using a dry-erase marker, draw lines across the table to create zones and assign something different to each one: a number of trials, a level of complexity, or different prosody. Students slide their tokens, trying to get as far as they can without sliding off the table. Or set up a goal with two objects or fingers and have them slide the tokens into the goal.
Toss Them
Have students toss tokens into a bowl, basket, or bean bag toss game. Say the target word before each toss. A muffin tin is especially fun because you can assign different values for each cup.

Just Add Water
Toss tokens in a water table and fish them out. Spray them with a spray bottle (great when working on clusters spr-spray or skw-squirt). Put them in reusable water balloons. Have them open them or splat them to figure out what token was inside.

Pair with Putty
Pair them with Play Doh, slime, or my favorite Aaron's Thinking Putty. Use them as pizza toppings, decorations, or inside mini hamburgers.

Stick Them
Have the student practice the targets as you lay them out on the table, then use sticky hands or suction cups (like Squigz) to pick them up while naming the ones they have collected.

Ramp Race
Prop up a simple ramp (a binder works great, or build one with magnetic tiles) and race tokens down it. Say your target word before you release. Fun to roll them down on their own or have a race. Instead of 3-2-1-Go, have them say the name of the token before they release it.

Get a desired number of accurate trials, then use the token as a puck for a quick game.

Heads or Tails
Flip a token. The student calls their target word. If it lands target word side up, they win the flip. Working with two students on different sounds? Tape their tokens back-to-back. Each side belongs to one student, and whoever's side lands up takes their turn.
Feed ME
A puppet or robot is hungry and the only thing it eats is whatever your target word is. The student has to offer food to the puppet ("Do you want string?"), the puppet responds ("Yes! Feed me!"), and the token gets fed into the puppet's mouth.

Piggy Bank or Coin Slot
Something deeply satisfying about feeding a token into a coin slot. Have students say their target word each time they drop one in. Or have two different containers to keep track of correct vs. redo targets.

Have a trash truck lover? Fill the trash cans with a certain number of tokens, and once they're full with trials, have the trash truck come take them out.
