Digital Products All digital products (PDFs, downloadable resources) are delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase. No shipping applies to digital orders.
Physical Products — Pre-Sale Notice Lingua Tokens physical products are currently available for pre-sale. Orders placed during the pre-sale period will not ship until summer 2026. By placing a pre-sale order, you acknowledge and agree to this extended fulfillment timeline. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Processing & Handling Once physical products are available to ship, orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery We ship within the United States via USPS, Fedex, or UPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically. Any applicable free shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout during the promotional period.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@lingua-tokens.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
