Shop our store and add the products you'd like, just as you would for any order.
Click the shopping bag at the top right to open your cart, then click Request a Quote on the right.
A pop-up appears. Enter your name, your email and your purchasing department's email, then click Submit Quote. The quote goes to both of you.
TAKES ABOUT A MINUTE
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Click ADD ALL ITEMS TO CART in the quote email. Your items load straight into our cart.
In the cart, enter the PO Number and Company Name — the name on the checks — then Proceed to Checkout.
Add the contact email for invoices and delivery address, pick shipping option, toggle Purchase Order, confirm billing address and click Complete the Order.
Open our Purchase Order Confirmation email and reply to hello@lingua-tokens.com with a PDF of the approved PO. Unverified POs are cancelled after 14 days.
YOUR DISTRICT'S OWN PROCESS
WE TAKE IT FROM HERE
We match your PO to the order and confirm the totals agree.
Ships within 5–10 business days to the address provided, PO number on the packing slip.
Invoice goes to your contact email on Net 30 terms. Digital instructions go to the same address.

California doesn't offer a sales tax exemption for schools, districts or nonprofits, so there's no exemption number to enter. We're required to collect California sales tax on orders shipped within the state. Orders shipping outside California are not charged sales tax.
Instructions for your downloadable or digital products are automatically sent to the email address associated with the invoice payment.
A FEW DETAILS: Quotes are valid 30 days — you can build a new one any time. Orders placed by purchase order are cancelled if we don't receive a PDF of the approved PO within 14 days. Purchase orders are reviewed before shipping, and orders from a non-institutional email address may need a quick verification.
