Return & Refund Policy — Lingua Tokens™

We want every clinician to feel confident ordering from us. Lingua Tokens™ are small-batch, safety-tested therapeutic tools made with care. Because of the nature of our product, we are only able to accept returns on items that are unused and in their original condition.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@lingua-tokens.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the reason for return. Do not ship items back before receiving approval — returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, ship the item back within 5 business days of that approval to:

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in the original muslin bag with all tokens present
  • Free from damage, staining, or signs of use

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@lingua-tokens.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges

Need a different set? Return the original item using the process above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the set you need. It's the fastest way to get the right tokens in your bag.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing tokens
  • Sale items and discounted bundles
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit.
