Lingua Tokens™ Links — Open-Ended Articulation Game
Lingua Tokens™ Links is a flexible, printable speech therapy game designed for SLPs, teachers, and parents working on articulation targets. Built around a classic four-in-a-row format, it adapts to solo practice or multi-student sessions, giving you an easy way to add repetition and engagement to any drill.
How to Play
Start with a traditional four-in-a-row, building from the bottom up, or place tokens anywhere on the board for a more open-ended challenge. For a quick twist, try "Don't Connect Three": take turns placing tokens anywhere on the board, and the goal is to be the last player to avoid getting three in a row.
One Student, One Set
Have the child place their tokens target-side up while you place yours logo-side up, so you can track turns at a glance.
One Student, Multiple Sets
Pick a set they've already mastered to build confidence, or choose a set with sounds they haven't practiced yet to add an element of auditory bombardment.
Two Students, Same Sound
Play just as you would with one set — one student uses the logo side, the other uses the target side.
